Super Fun Time!

We had a lot of fun at I-Orchid and we were able to meet a lot of awesome people. We did some on site piercings and tattoos but most of all we were able to get ourselves out there in the public eye! It's not a common thing to be able to party with your future clients!

A big thank you to the staff at I-Orchid, the models, the bike drivers, and everyone who was involved in putting this event together!

Tattoos & Stuntbars

Join us at I-Orchid tonight starting at 9:00pm! We will be tattooing and piercing for the majority of the night. There will also be a fashion show and a bike stuntshow/rally.

Troy Loves The Jonas Brothers!

The owner of Last Angels Tattoos & Piercings, Gerald Garcia, joined Kidd Kraddock for the morning radio show!

Troy, who is a father of two young Jonas Brothers fans, took a bet with Kidd to get a tattoo that says 'I Love The Jonas Brothers' in order to obtain concert tickets for his two daughters!

Troy did an amazing job and got the tattoo! Not only did he win the tickets, but he also won a vacation of his choice for himself and daughters for being a good sport!

First off, sorry for the crappy vid but i found out that it was on the lowest settings on my camera... but it'll get better as we go along. First time we've posted a vid but thought we'd share a quick clip of a night on lower Greenville Ave. from the front of Last Angels Tattoos. This was way too early as the crowd wasn't quite packed yet but on a Friday and Saturday nights, it's a jumping block. Don't forget to come by the tattoo studio if you're in the area. In these quick clips, you can pretty much see the sidewalk street performing band but can you spot the grenade, see the girl wearing a mustache, and the official Greenville Ave. uniform? I bet you can't... Ha!

SOMETIMES CHANGE IS GOOD

So I finally made the switch. Well not really a switch but more of an additional to my arsenal. After some researching, I finally decided on getting a neuma set up. For those that don't know, a neuma is an air driven tattoo machine.

It does take some getting used to since it's alot lighter than a more traditional coil machine and set up & break down is a little bit different. I used it a couple of times on smaller tattoos but finally got a chance to use it on a bigger black & grey piece a couple of days ago (pictured below).

So far so good. I like the way the neumas run. They're so consistent and hits very soft which causes less trauma to the skin and less pain... therefore clients should be able to sit longer.
